Digital Commerce
Storefronts that load fast and checkouts that do not lose the sale
Commerce is now an integration problem as much as a storefront problem — catalogue, pricing, inventory, payments, logistics, tax and support all have to agree. We build headless and composable commerce where the front end is fast and independently deployable, and the back end talks cleanly to everything else you run.
- Sub-second product and category pages
- Checkout instrumented end to end for drop-off
- Inventory and pricing in sync across channels
- Content and merchandising your team edits without a developer
Capabilities
What this practice actually covers
Written at the level of detail you would need to decide whether we can do the specific thing you have in mind.
Headless & composable commerce
A decoupled storefront over the commerce engine that suits your catalogue, so you can change either side independently.
- Next.js storefronts on Shopify, Medusa, Commerce Layer or custom engines
- Headless CMS integration for merchandising and content
- Multi-store, multi-currency and multi-language setups
- Edge caching and incremental static regeneration for catalogue scale
Payments & checkout
Checkout treated as the highest-value surface in the system, built and measured accordingly.
- Razorpay, Stripe, PayU, Cashfree and PayPal integration
- UPI, cards, netbanking, wallets, EMI and cash on delivery

- Fraud screening, retries and reconciliation reporting
Marketplace & B2B commerce
Models that standard carts do not handle: multiple sellers, negotiated pricing, approval chains and credit terms.
- Multi-vendor onboarding, payouts and commission logic
- Customer-specific catalogues, price lists and contracts
- Quote-to-order, approval workflows and purchase orders
- Credit limits, invoicing and statement generation
AI-assisted merchandising
Where machine learning genuinely moves commerce metrics rather than decorating the product page.

- Personalised recommendations and dynamic bundling
- Automated product copy and attribute enrichment at catalogue scale
- Demand forecasting to drive replenishment

Questions
About digital commerce
We run on Magento 1 or an old custom cart. What is the path forward?
Usually the strangler pattern rather than a big-bang replatform. We put a new storefront in front of the existing engine, move traffic route by route, and replace back-end services once the front end is stable. Revenue keeps flowing throughout and the rollback at each step is a routing change.
Should we go headless or stay on a hosted platform?
It depends on catalogue complexity and how much of your differentiation lives in the buying experience. If a hosted platform covers your needs, we will say so — headless adds real engineering cost and it should be earned by a specific requirement.
