How Beambyte Solutions Private Limited handles personal information collected through this website and during client engagements.

Template — requires legal review. This document is a starting point drafted for a software services company in India. Have it reviewed by a qualified lawyer against your actual data processing, sub-processors and contractual terms before the site goes live.

Who we are

Beambyte Solutions Private Limited is a software engineering and technology consulting company registered in India and based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. For any question about this policy or about data we hold, contact info@beambytes.com.

What we collect

Through this website we collect only what you choose to send us:

  • Contact enquiries — your name, email address, company name, the topic and budget indication you select, and the content of your message.
  • Job applications — the information contained in the CV, portfolio or links you send.
  • Technical data — standard server and delivery-network logs including IP address, browser type and pages requested, retained for security and operational purposes.

We do not run advertising or cross-site tracking on this site, and we do not sell or rent personal information to anyone.

Why we use it

  • To reply to your enquiry and, if relevant, to prepare a proposal.
  • To assess job applications and communicate with candidates.
  • To keep the site secure, available and functioning correctly.
  • To meet legal, tax and contractual obligations.

We rely on your consent for enquiry and application handling, on legitimate interests for site security, and on legal obligation where record retention is required by law.

Client project data

During an engagement we may be given access to systems and data belonging to a client. That access is governed by the engagement contract and any accompanying data processing agreement, not by this policy. In those relationships we act as a data processor on the client’s instructions. Our standard practice is least-privilege, time-bound access; no copying of production data to developer machines; and use of anonymised or synthetic data for development wherever the work permits.

Who we share it with

We share personal information only with service providers who help us operate — for example website hosting, email delivery and, where applicable, a customer relationship management system. Each is bound by contract to process the information only on our instructions. A current list of sub-processors is available on request.

We may also disclose information where required by law or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

International transfers

Our infrastructure providers may process data outside India. Where that happens we use providers offering appropriate safeguards, and for client engagements we honour any data-residency requirement agreed in the contract — including deployment restricted to a specified region.

How long we keep it

  • Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement: up to 24 months.
  • Job applications: up to 12 months unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
  • Client records: for the term of the engagement plus any statutory retention period.
  • Server logs: up to 90 days.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, including India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act and, where relevant, the UK and EU GDPR, you may ask us to give you a copy of the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, or object to a particular use. You may also withdraw consent at any time. Write to info@beambytes.com and we will respond within the period required by the applicable law.

Cookies

This site does not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Any cookies present are strictly necessary for the site to function. If analytics are added in future, this section will be updated and a consent mechanism provided before any non-essential cookie is set.

Changes to this policy

We will update this page when our practices change and revise the “last updated” date above. Material changes affecting how we use information you have already given us will be notified directly where we have a means of contacting you.
