About custom software
Who owns the code?
You do, from the first commit. We work in your repository under your organisation account wherever possible, and the contract assigns all IP to you. There is no proprietary framework you have to keep paying us to maintain.
How do you estimate a project this uncertain?
We do not fixed-bid something we have not scoped. Most engagements start with a paid discovery of two to four weeks that produces the architecture, backlog and a range-based estimate. From there you can choose a fixed-scope phase or a monthly dedicated team.
Can you work alongside our internal developers?
Yes, and it is often the best outcome. We run shared standups, code review both directions, and structure the engagement so your team is fully capable of taking over the codebase.
