Product · Remote access
Reach any computer. No server can read the session.
ReachMyDesk is remote control, file transfer, team chat and meetings for Windows, Mac, Linux and the browser. Sessions are encrypted from end to end, so the servers route them but cannot read them.

What it does
Support, access and collaboration in one program
For IT teams supporting people, for reaching your own computers from anywhere, and for working together on a shared screen.
Remote control with permission
Control Windows, Mac and Linux computers with sound, several screens and a shared clipboard. Nobody connects without a yes from the person there, or a stored password.
Unattended access
Store a password on your own computers and reach them with nobody there.
Files
A file manager for the other computer, transfers that carry on after a dropped connection, and files that wait for people who are offline.
Encrypted team chat
One-to-one and group chat, encrypted on your device, so whoever runs the server cannot read it.
Meetings
Share a screen with up to 25 people, with voice, cameras and a whiteboard.
Help from any browser or phone
Connect from a browser with nothing to install, including on a phone or tablet.
An admin console
Users, groups, roles and session rules, an audit trail, API keys, webhooks and directory sync (SCIM).
Protection against scams
A banner shows who is connected, the connection prompt warns about scams, and anyone can report abuse.
Security
Built on the assumption that a server could be breached
A server helps two computers find each other and passes on data when they cannot connect directly. It does see which computers connect, and when.
Your computer
Sees the session
Server or relay
Passes on encrypted data it cannot read
Other computer
Sees the session
- Screens, input, files, clipboard and chat are encrypted between the two ends. The servers route them but cannot read them.
- The key exchange is post-quantum: Noise combined with ML-KEM-768.
- Unattended passwords use OPAQUE: the computer keeps a record that lets it check the password, never the password itself.
- Both people can compare a safety code to confirm that nobody is in the middle.

Questions
Privacy, pricing and installing
Can you see my screen or files?
No. They are encrypted between the two computers, and the design assumes a server could be breached. A server does see which computers connect, and when.
Can someone connect to my computer without me knowing?
No. A session needs a yes from the person at the computer, or an unattended password stored on it, and a banner shows who is connected.
Has the security been independently reviewed?
Not yet. An external review of the cryptography and a penetration test are planned.
Why does my computer warn me about the installer?
The installers are not code-signed yet. On Windows choose More info, then Run anyway. On a Mac, right-click the installer and choose Open the first time.
Is there a mobile app?
Not yet. Phones and tablets connect through the browser.
What does it cost?
Every feature is free for 60 days, for up to 5 people, with no card. After that, Solo is ₹3,999 a year for one person and up to 10 computers, and Team is ₹2,499 per person a year, for at least 2 people. Rupee prices are plus 18% GST.
